This explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, who sees it, and what you can do about it.

Who we are

What we collect

• From our enquiry form: your name, phone number, and what you need done.
• If you call, text or WhatsApp us: your number, and whatever you tell us about the job.
• Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address and the pages you requested.

We do not collect special category data, and we do not ask for it. Please don't send it to us.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, quote the job, and carry it out if you go ahead — and to keep the records we're legally required to keep for tax purposes. We don't use your details for anything beyond that.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data, and we don't pass it to anyone outside the list below.

• TradeLeads — builds and looks after this website and its enquiry form on our behalf. TradeLeads doesn't use your details for its own purposes; see TradeLeads' own privacy policy for how it handles data as our processor.
• Formspree — receives and forwards enquiry form submissions to us.
• Vercel — hosts this website and keeps the server logs described above.
• Google — this site loads its fonts from Google's servers, which sends your IP address to Google when the page loads. It also runs the Google Ads conversion tag described below for every visitor; if you accept the ads cookie, Google additionally receives conversion data to measure our search ads.

We may also disclose data where we're legally required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't turn into a job: up to 12 months, then deleted. Records for jobs we carry out: for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes, currently 6 years.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. It uses one third-party cookie, the Google Ads conversion tag, which tells us when someone who clicked one of our Google search ads goes on to call us or request a quote — nothing more. The tag itself runs for every visitor, but the cookie is only set once you accept it; if you decline, Google may still receive a basic signal that doesn't identify you, used only in aggregate. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.

If you accept, Google processes some data about your visit under its own privacy policy, as an independent controller. See Google's Privacy Policy for how it handles that.

If we add anything else that sets cookies, we'll ask for consent before it loads and update this page.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email dumitrugrecu2@yahoo.com and we'll respond within one month.

If you're not happy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission — dataprotection.ie, 01 765 0100.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
